Asking the
wrong question allows the right answer to never be given. Lawson
and Murphy along with
Claudia Williamson of Mississippi State University and Lauren Heller
of Berry College again mis-direct the core motivating issue of human
trafficking when they jointly agree that “economic freedom” does
not contribute to increased human trafficking. Their statement
“

greater economic freedom to trade in goods and services breeds human
trafficking, or it does not.”
is not the issue. “Economic freedom” is “Alice In Wonderland”
Orwellian mis-direction. The question they should be addressing is
How Profitable Is It For Smuggling A Slave? Profit/Greed IS the
motivating factor. It is fortune, profits, investment on return; in
other words how much money can one make assisting the black market
criminal activity of human trafficking, sex trafficking, migrant
smuggling. Their op-ed globalization piece fails to mention the
approximate fortune one makes in this modern day holocaust happening
all over the world, because it can not. Its hidden, but not the
physical and paper trail.

Murphy, Williamson
and Heller's recently published report in Defence and Peace Economics
is quite simple.
First of all in regards to the United Nations and The U.S. Department
of State, recent reports indicate that they are complicit in hiding
the truth in one sense from themselves and in another sense from the
public.
In regards
to the U.S. Department of State, money profiteering is being
purposely unreported on sex trafficking victims while abortion for
victims of sex trafficking is becoming linkedin to the abortion
industry in the US. “Former
Senior Advisor on Trafficking in Persons for the U.S. Department of
State and founder of the non-profit Global Centurion, Laura Lederer …
[testified before Congress that] forced abortion is an “especially
disturbing trend in sex trafficking.” Her
study shows that 55%
of the women surveyed had at least one abortion,
and 30% had multiple abortions during the time of trafficking. Of
these, more than half responded that the abortion was not their
choice, and many responded by saying that the pressure from pimps to
continue the trade did not allow for the time to carry a baby.”
AND!
It
should not surprise anyone that UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon has
failed “to produce an annual report tracking funding for
reproductive health that served as an important oversight and
accountability tool for nearly 20 years. Ban
ki-Moon declined to produce the annual report, although it is
required, citing the difficulty of estimating expenditures for
different areas of reproductive health and their increasingly
“integrated” character—something the Secretary General has been
pushing over the past decade.”
So lets
now look at the new Philanthropic endeavors like the Freedom
Fund’s Global Slavery Index cited in this piece in existence since
2013-2014. So unfortunately, no statistics are available for human
trafficking prior to 2013. Or perhaps third party institutions are no
longer available. Apparently not even the human refugee trafficking
of World War II is available. So the numbers of the holocaust
refugees of World War II are also unavailable. And this is the
problem; a greater catalog should have been included into this
report, but it was not. This is exactly the reason why we attribute
the term “Holocaust Human Trafficking” “Holocaust Migrant
Smuggling” and “Holocaust Sex Trafficking” because
it has
had a greater longevity than the actual World War II holocaust and
its longevity has outlasted the old human justice institutions such
as the League of Nations, The Red Cross, The Salvation Army etc... as
well as others; and this writer foresees it out living any recent
human justice non governmental organizations such as those listed
which this globalist op-ed source used to surmise. In other words we
need more, much more research on this particular issue to fully see
the complete horizon of 21
st Century modern day slavery.
But they never will.
